The notoriously choosy Pinot Noir has found an ideal home here in the Wairau and Awatere Valleys from where the fruit for this wine is sourced. After a classical fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barriques for ten months. A wine with rich berry-fruit aromas and flavours mingling with subtle oak.
