Filska means high-spirited and flighty in Shetland dialect, and it’s reflected in this citrusy, zesty red grapefruit gin! Shetland Reel Filska Gin is a citrus-forward gin made and distilled on the Isle of Unst. To complement the bitterly sweet grapefruits and the frontal, expect a flair of creamy almonds, flavourful and piney junipers, and a soothing yet warming cinnamon finish.
For the perfect serve, it is recommended that you use 50ml Filska Gin combined with a premium tonic and ice as well as a slice of red grapefruit for the ultimate citrusy G&T.
