- A wonderful creation from Atlantic Galician Spirits, Nordés gin uses a base spirit made with Alboriño grapes from Spain. They use with spirit from the local Albariño grape and 11 botanicals ingredients (6 from Galicia) including juniper, sage, samphire, tea, ginger and hibiscus giving a uniquely fresh and aromatic character.
- Nordés takes its name from the north-easterly wind which signals the arrival of good weather in Galicia. It is made in a small distillery in Vedra, close to Santiago de Compostela,
