Filliers Classic Dry Gin 28 50cl
Alc Vol: 46%
Size: 50cl
Filliers Dry Gin 28 is named after both the year it was first produced (1928) and the number of botanicals used (28).
Originally created in 1928 by Firmin Filliers, Filliers Dry Gin 28 also uses 28 botanicals in addition to juniper. Made only in small batches, and created in copper stills
The Filliers family had been producing jenever, gin’s ancestor, in Belgium since the 19th century and adding gin to their repertoire was perhaps the next logical step. Today, their gin is still made with a secret blend of citrus fruits, herbs and roots.
A spicy gin with a dry character with spicy notes of juniper berries, supplemented with refreshing citrus aromas. A strong & aromatic spirit
this can be used to make a mean Tom Collins.
