This limited-edition release from Burleigh’s is distilled with a fusion of festive herbs and spices that have been soaked in red wine for full on Christmas flavour.
No drinks say “Christmas” like gin and mulled wine, so why not combine them? Burleigh’s have done just that, creating a Mulled Gin that infuses classic juniper flavour with luxurious hints of full-bodied red wine.
Spices such as nutmeg, cloves, ginger, star anise, and liquorice root are combined and steeped in wine before undergoing distillation. These flavours come together with dominant notes of sweet juicy orange and satisfying cinnamon warmth, a luxurious palate that’s perfectly suited to Christmas celebrations.
