This best-seller single malt whisky acquired its name from the fact that it’s composed of two barleys: Indian and Scottish.
Produced at the Amrut Distillery in India, since its appearance in 2009, it has won many awards and gained the award of best whisky for a Rob Roy in the Ultimate Cocktail Challenge in New York in 2012.
Made from Indian malted barley grown in Punjab and Rajasthan.
Complex and warming flavours of dry smoke and oak have a rich sweetness and spicy finish.
Color: Amrut Fusion Malt has an amber colour.
Smell: Rich, barley, fruit aromas. Large citrus fruit, spices, creamy sweetness. A touch of peat.
Mouth: soft peat, coffee, dark chocolate.
