It’s fresh and citrusy in aroma, with notes of fresh pineapple, lavender and a hint of spiced cinnamon giving way to reveal a warming palate of muscovado sugar and gingerbread, with a whisper of white chocolate and marzipan, and a cool crack of black pepper.
